The 'Christine Gaia Bamboo' turban is extremely comfortable and soft to wear against the head. It is made out of 95% bamboo, and 5% spandex. (Bamboo material is made from the residue of the plant and changing it into a form of acrylic and then yarn. It is environmentally friendly as it comes from sustainable resources).
The relaxed inner circumference is 21". There is lots of give in this turban, as the material is naturally stretchy. It will adjust to the size of your head accordingly. The 'Christine Gaia Bamboo' is incredibly comfortable to wear and will feel lovely against your head all day, every day. This design is perfect if you are wearing this piece due to total hair loss, as it will not cling to your head. It will softly follow your natural contour. Very pretty.
The clever people at Christine Headwear have added a slightly gathered 'twist' effect at the front & nape of the turban - to add a modern look. There is also a 'gentle gathering' at the top. Perfect for adding a splash of style, but also to add some height.
