The HUMAN HAIR PETITE Jet wig from the Gem Collection is a beautiful piece that has been exquisitely desgined with your comfort in mind.
Quality is what is important when choosing a human hair wig, as human hair pieces can be cut & styled into whichever style you choose! This piece is made from the finest quality, 100% natural, remy human hair, and features a MONOFILAMENT top. The beauty of the monofilament feature is that whichever way you part the crown area, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp.
There is an additional feature of a FULL LACE FRONT. This is the ultimate for a natural hairline, creating an undetectable finish. To allow for a perfect finish that is just right for you, the lace front of the Jet is uncut. Trim to your requirements to make it completely personalised to you.
The density of a human hair wig is an important consideration when choosing which piece to buy. The Jet has the perfect density which is essential if a wig is to look natural. Too much hair knotted into the cap will make it look bulky and yet too little hair will shorten the life span of your wig. The Jet has the perfect density. Well done Gem!

This is why the Gem Collection HUMAN HAIR pieces come unstyled. This collection gives you total control, as you can have this exquisite HUMAN HAIR cut just how you like it.
You can straighten, curl, tong or colour. The choice is yours! We do advise that you do not exceed 180 degrees for the lighter shades, as any hotter could damage the hair.

The TOP area of this wig is a HAND TIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important consideration if you purchasing this wig due to complete hairloss. If you are wearing this piece due to hairloss, there is also a POLY STRIP which surrounds the monofilament area. This is where you can add wig tape for additional security. There is an additional feature of a FULL LACE FRONT. This is the ultimate for a natural hairline, creating an undetectable finish. To allow for a perfect finish that is just right for you, the lace front of the Jet is uncut. Trim to your requirements to make it completely personalised to you. |

The POLY STRIP which surrounds the monofilament area cleverly extends to the TEMPLE area. You can adhere wig tape at this area for additional security. |

For ultimate comfort, ALL of the body has been HANDTIED. This creates an amazing softness against your scalp. Perfect if you have hairloss. There is also a minimum qty of seams, so the wig will hug and conform to your head for a better fit. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed shaped, COMFORT STRIP. It is soft material that will sit comfortably at your necklilne. There is an additional feature of two POLY TAPE tabs where you can add wig tape for additional security. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

Does this wig have a natural look and is it light to wear? - A. Hi,
As there are 3-4 light brown to mousy browns available with this piece we would recommend that the best way to choose your colour would be for us to send you some colour swatches. Then you can choose the colour that you feel most confident with.
