Top and Crown:	The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has a closed, flower net material section. This has been expertly designed to allow the volume at this area to stay with you throughout the day, without dropping. There is also a soft FINISHING strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably against your skin.
Temple:	Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The temple area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body:	To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape:	The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which will sit softly against your neckline. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

• Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
• Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
• Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide
	1. De-Tangle Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle!
	2. Shampoo Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
	3. Rinse Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
	4. Condition Comb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig: Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally. Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally.
	5. Dry Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
	6. Style When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.

Q. I am interested in the Kate hairpiece. However, I need help with the colour. I would like a highlighted look which is mid brown. It can be red toned, or have blonde highlights but I don't want it too dark nor do I want as light as butter pecan. I currently wear a piece by Gabor in a shade called cinnamon mist and that is perfect - can you help please? Lorraine

A. HI there,

Maple Sugar is a lovely colour. A medium brown with blonder highlights. There is also a subtle red overtone running through. Mochachinno is slightly lighter with a blonder tone running throughout without the red overtone. If you want to go darker...Chocolate Swirl is a medium to dark brown with blonder, more prominent highlights. We can also send you samples of colour. All we ask is that you return them within seven days. Let me know if you need any more help.

Q. Hi,
I am interested in the copper glaze shade in this style. Is the nape of the neck a different colour or is there the same blend throughout? I am naturally quite fair but wanted to try something a little different. The other style i was looking at was the Reese they seem quite similar?

A. Hi There,
Great question! This piece is made so that the nape is slightly darker than the rest of the piece, for a more natural look. Lighter colours will seem to have a bigger definition than the darker colours but they all are colour blended for the best consistency.

The two pieces you mention are very similar. The Kate wig being slightly shorter on the sides and back.

Q. I currently have a hazelnut mix shade and was interested in either the marble brown or the toasted brown. Am in difficulty which one to choose. Is toasted brown on the reddish side? Does the marble brown have prominent lights?

A. Hi,
You are quite correct in saying that the toasted brown is going towards the warmer red tones and we would class this as such. The marble brown colour is a mid brown and is tipped with a warm golden blonde.
