What's It Like?

The Beach Mono wig from the Raquel Welch European Collection is a stunning, light density bob which is incredibly light to wear.
This wig has a sheer, left side MONOFILAMENT parting that will give you a truly natural appearance. An exquisite cap construction coupled with a modern look.
The longer fringe measures 5" and can be worn swept to the side. The overall density of the Beach Mono is fine, so if you are wishing to replicate your own hair then this wig is just the one for you.
The crown layers measures 8" and are sleek and straight. The tips are slightly rounded which creates a realistic swing to this pretty bob.
The nape measures 2.5" and has been expertly thinned out so that it will sit softly at your neckline. The thinned out nape is visible just under the finish of this bob cut.......a modern twist on this classic shape. Take a look at the 360 view to see how fabulous this wig really is.
The side layers of this piece fall slightly below the back length so you will have a gorgeous silhouette when you move your head. Natural & very feminine.

The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has OPEN WEFTS to allow the air to breathe. Raquel has cleverly included a sheer, HANDTIED MONOFILAMENT PARTING, which extends to the crown. This creates the impression that the hair in this particular area, looks like it is coming from your own scalp. There is a also a fine, HAND TIED MONOFILAMENT strip at the edge of the wig, ensuring that your look will be as natural as possible. |

Here is a beautifully constructed, OPEN WEFTED area. This design is perfect if you wear glasses, or sunglasses. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. |
 Body: |
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING strip. There is also an extended area below. This additional feature is designed to give you more coverage at the nape. It has open wefts, which will help to keep you cooler. The wig is secured by VELCRO ADJUSTABLE STRAPS. There is up to half an inch give, so the wig can be tightened, or slackened depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).
