What's It Like?
Remember to gently shake the Helene when you take it out of the box, to make sure that the flicks are at their full potential!
The Helene wig from Revlon is a gorgeous, chin-length cut, with flattering flicked tips that will compliment all face shapes.
The fringe is 3.5", so it will sit below brow level, or it can be styled slightly to the side. The fringe has been expertly feathered out, creating a wispy and soft shape that is light & airy.
The crown has shorter, straighter layers that then perfectly blend into the flicks, creating a stunning silhouette. The back view of this wig is gorgeous as the denisty is perfect for the flicks to look incredibly realistic.
The layers have been razor cur adding a modern twist to this feminine & stylish cut.
This wig is part of the Select Fit range, which means that inside the cap are an additional four velcro adjustable tabs. This can alter the Helene from being a LARGE size to an AVERAGE size. This wig is popular as many clients are in between the two standard sizes, so with the Select Fit construction, you can adjust to fit your size perfectly. You're in control.

The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has OPEN WEFTS. This has been expertly designed to allow the air to circulate, ensuring that it is lightweight & cooler than the traditional caps. There is also a soft, COMFORT strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably against your skin. |

Here is a beautifully constructed, OPEN WEFTED area. This design is perfect if you wear glasses, or sunglasses. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. |
 Body: |
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body of this wig is OPEN WEFTED. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool, lightweight & flexible. There are also four additional VELCRO ADJUSTABLE tabs, allowing you to adjust from an AVERAGE to a PETITE size. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It has OPEN WEFTS, which will help to keep you cooler. This wig is secured by VELCRO ADJUSTABLE straps. There is up to half an inch give, so the wig can be tightened, or slackened depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

1. De-TangleLightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle! |

2. ShampooFill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. |
 |
3. RinseRemove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out. |

4. ConditionComb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig:

5. DryComb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed. |

6. StyleWhen your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products. |
