What's It Like?

The curls for the Dawn wig can be smoothed down with your fingers. Don't be afraid to make this wig your own look!

The Dawn wig from Rene of Paris is a short, slightly curly wig with lots of soft volume. Very easy to maintain and versatile in it's look too. When you first take this wig out of the box, the soft curls will be quite defined. If you prefer more of a wavy look, simply smooth the curls down with your fingers, or styling products.

The fringe is 3.5" so it can either be worn towards your brow, or gently to the side. The side layers will cover the tops of your ears and then perfectly blend into the back/nape layers. The Dawn will cover your own neckline perfectly as it has a gentle volume throughout. This wig is a classic style that comes in a wide variety of colours.

Top and Crown:	The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has a closed, flower net material section. This has been expertly designed to allow the volume at this area to stay with you throughout the day, without dropping. There is also a soft FINISHING strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably against your skin.
Temple:	Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body:	To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape:	The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING strip. There is also an extended area below. This additional feature is designed to give you more coverage at the nape. It has open wefts, which will help to keep you cooler. The wig is secured by a RIBBON & HOOK structure. There is up to half an inch give, so the wig can be tightened, or slackened depending upon the size of your head.

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

Guides: Synthetic Wig Washing Guide,

Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide
	1. De-Tangle Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle!
	2. Shampoo Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
	3. Rinse Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
	4. Condition Comb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig: Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally. Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally.
	5. Dry Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
	6. Style When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.
