What's It Like?
The Gia wig from Rene of Paris is the ultimate chic style for this season. This fuss free, super gorgeous short cut will leave you feeling fabulous all day long.
This wig is an AERO-LIGHT cap. The TOP area has a semi-circle of open wefts to ensure that this section is airy and lightweight. The CROWN area has a closed, flower net material section. This has been expertly desgined to allow the volume at this area to stay with you throughout the day, without dropping.There is also a soft COMFORT strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably againt your skin.
The fringe is quite long at 15cm, so it is swept to the side, perfectly blending into the shorter layers at the ear. The side layers will then come forward in front of your ears, contouring into a subtle point. The beauty of this wig is that you can style a lot of the side layers behind your ears, if you want a different look.
The crown has subtle volume, which is lifted and has lots of movement. The lift will stay with you throughout your day as the crown layers are 8.5cm. Perfect length to create a soft height at your crown. The volume at the crown then tapers beautifully into the nape...sitting sweetly and snugly into your neck. The extra bonus for the stunning Gia is the weight of the piece, only 2oz, so it is very light aswell. Chic and stylish.

Top and Crown
This wig is an AERO-LIGHT cap. The TOP area has a semi-circle of open wefts to ensure that this section is airy and lightweight.

Temple
Here is a beautifully constructed, OPEN WEFTED area. This design is perfect if you wear glasses, or sunglasses. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin.
Body
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, soft material section which will sit softly against your neckline.
This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

- How To
Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide 
1. De-Tangle
Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre. Be gentle!
2. Shampoo
Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
3. Rinse
Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
4. Condition
Comb through very lightly.
There are two ways to condition your wig:- Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally.
- Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally. (Please refer to the manufactures instructions for exact requirements)
5. Dry
Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
6. Style
When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.
