The Power wig from Raquel Welch is one of our BEST SELLERS for short cuts. The reason for it's popularity is that you have two styles in one. Either smooth & natural, or tousled & spiky. The choice is yours!

The fringe measures 1.5", so it will sit above brow level. This then blends perfectly into the short, side layers that will fall sweetly just in front of ear level.

Throughout the Power are lots of textured layers. It is the layers that create the versatility for this piece. The crown layers measure 3", so there is built in volume that will stay with you throughout the day, without dropping. The crown then blends perfectly into the back layers. Some short wigs wil cling to your head and look false. The Power though softly follows your natural contour, creating a lifelike silhouette that is undetectable.

The nape of the Power measures 1.5", allowing for plenty of coverage if you wearing this piece over your own hair. Raquel Welch have cleverly thinned out the nape slightly for a completely natural finish to this beautiful wig.

Top and Crown:	To ensure that the wig is airy & lightweight, the TOP area has OPEN WEFTS. This is where the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. The CROWN area has a closed, net fabric section, which will help to maintain the root height of the wig throughout your day. To finish this wig, the FRONT HAIRLINE section has a COMFORT STRIP, that sits softly against your head.
Temple:	Here is a beautifully constructed, OPEN WEFTED area. This design is perfect if you wear glasses, or sunglasses. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body:	Here's the WOW factor! The body of this wig has a MEMORY CAP construction. Here are OPEN WEFTS on slim strips of stretch material that actually mold to the shape of your head. Within an hour, this wig will memorise the contours of your head. Clever stuff!
Nape:	The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is an open weft area that will sit comfortably against your neckline. This wig is secured by velcro adjustable tabs. There is up to half an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

Guides: Synthetic Wig Washing Guide,

Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide
	1. De-Tangle Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle!
	2. Shampoo Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
	3. Rinse Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
	4. Condition Comb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig: Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally. Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally.
	5. Dry Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
	6. Style When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.

Q. Hello Does the shade 'glazed fire' have a darker root? It looks as if it does on the photo but it's hard to tell properly. Does the (R) after the shade denote darker roots in this range generally? Thank you Helen: A. Hi there,

The colour Glazed Fire does not have darker roots. It is a definitely WOW colour which is vibrant & popular!
