The Sophia wig from Feather Premier is a sleek, sophisticated look with lots of natural movement. There is also the exquisite cap construction that is unparalleled, when it comes to quality.
This piece is a MONOFILAMENT, which means that wherever you part the Sophia, she will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. Monofilaments are the ultimate in comfort and realistic appearance. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important consideration if you are purchasing a wig due to total hair loss.
The fringe measures 4" so it will sit below brow level. It has been thinned out so that it will not overpower your features. The fringe then blends perfectly into the straight, side layers. The side layer tips have been cleverly razored to create a modern finish.
The overall length from crown to back tips is 13". The layers are sleek, smooth and stylish. The density of the Sophia is perfect...not too thin & not too thick. Just right if you are wishing to replicate your own hair.
For ultimate comfort, ALL of the body has been HANDTIED. This creates an amazing softness against your scalp. Perfect if you have hairloss. There is also a minimum qty of seams, so the wig will hug and conform to your head for a better fit.
The Sophia also has a POLY TAPE strip, which has beautifully been constructed into the front of the wig. If you wear this piece due to hairloss, this is where you can comfortably secure your wig tape for additional security. There is an additional feature of a super fine LACE FRONT which provides an undetectable front hairline.

The TOP area of this wig is a HAND TIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a soft material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. There is also an inch square of a hand tied, POLY TAPE section. This area has been designed for you to attach wig tape for extra security. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

My hair has got so thin now that I need to wear a wig. Was devestated, but now I think it is the best thing that I have done. This wig is lovely and comfortable. Just one thing...why aren't you open on a Saturday? I'm at work during the week and I had to call during my break. Other than that, very pleased with your pleasant and helpful staff. |

1. De-TangleLightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle! |

2. ShampooFill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. |

3. RinseRemove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out. |

4. ConditionComb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig:

5. DryComb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed. |

6. StyleWhen your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products. |
