What's It Like?

Simply Wigs Top Tip
The Lizzy has two very different looks.....don't be afraid to experiment. Use styling spray and go to town with the spiky you!

The Lizzy from Rene of Paris is a short and sassy elfin cut that is one of our best sellers.

The fringe measures 3.5", so it will sit above your brow. It has razor finished ends, so you will have a funky shape to frame your eyes. The shorter layers at the side will sit just over your ears. This will give you lots of coverage if you are wearing the Lizzy over your own hair.

The layers throughout this wig are chopped and razor cut, so there are lots of styling opportunities. You can wear smoothed down, or you can spike the layers up for a different look.

The Lizzy weighs only 2oz, so you have all the style, but this is then coupled with a very lightweight piece. Wear it all day, every day. Gorgeous!

Top and Crown:	The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has a closed, flower net material section. This has been expertly designed to allow the volume at this area to stay with you throughout the day, without dropping. There is also a soft FINISHING strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably against your skin.
Temple:	Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body:	To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape:	The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, soft material section which will sit softly against your neckline. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

Harvest Gold

A Medium Brown base which has very, very, very (!) fine Golden Highlights blended throughout. The tips graduate to become Golden Blonde, which lightens the overall colour of this popular shade.

Spring Honey

A Dark, Warm Blonde, with Lighter Blonde shades blended throughout. This is a similar colour to Strawberry Swirl without the Strawberry overtone. If you want to have the same shade, but with lighter highlights, why not try Creamy Toffee?

A warm, Strawberry Blonde with Light Blonde Highlights. This is a lighter shade than Spring Honey.

A Medium Golden Blonde base with a fine mix of Light Auburn running through. There are also Lighter blonde shades mixed throughout aswell. On the shorter styles, the nape will darken.

Creamy Blonde

A Light Creamy Blonde with subtle Platinum Blonde Highlights. This is the palest blonde shade available from this particular brand.

A blend of Jet Black and Black. This has a very subtle blend of the two darkest shades available. The blend adds a subtle warmth to this shade. It is not a 'harsh' black.

Maple Sugar

I purchased the Lizzy wig in vanilla lush and it matched my hair exactly. Had a bad hair do so needed to have a wig until my hair had grown back. I have worn it daily and nobody has guessed it is a wig just thought I had my hair restyled, Wonderful product, washes a dream just a shake and ready to go again. Fantastic wig

I purchased this in Vanilla Lush and it matches my own hair superbly - nobody thought it was a wig and that I had just changed my hair cut. Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide
	1. De-Tangle Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle!
	2. Shampoo Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
	3. Rinse Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
	4. Condition Comb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig: Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally. Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally.
	5. Dry Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
	6. Style When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.

Q. What size please. I have a small head, measuring 21". Looks like just what I want, but need a small size. If this doesn't come in a small size please let me know if you do any other styles in 21". Many thanks.: A. Hi, this piece is an AVERAGE size.
Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches). Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches). Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).
As you can see you measure just on the Petite size of Average, so it might be worht trying this piece as it has ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

Q. I would like to buy a wig that I can spike up so of the following wig styles listed below which one has the shortest lenght on top of the head for a really spiky looks. 1: Ivy - Natural collection 2: Golf wig - Ellen Willie hairpower collection 3: Lizzy wig - Rene of Paris 4: Wildfire wig - Raquel 5: Jill wig - natural image thanks for your help: A. All of the above pieces that you have listed can create a short spiky style with the use of gels and sprays for a fantastic effect. But the one which is the shortest would be the Ivy wig. (And remember that you can personalize the wig and get the pieces cut to a shorter length if desired).
Q. are your wigs suitable for kemotherapy paitents as my partner is one and she really likes the lizzy wig: A. HI,
The majority of our pieces will be fine for people who are receiving chemotherapy treatment.
An important factor to consider would be the construction of the piece. Some of the pieces are HAND TIED or have MONOFILAMENT areas. A lot over our customers do like this type for the reason that they are more comfortable to wear.
