What's It Like?
Why not try the Bernstein Mix colour? This is a pale brown base with a mix of blonds and reddy browns throughout. A very modern colour.
The Lake Mono wig from the Raquel Welch European Collection is a gorgeous, relaxed piece which has an exquisite cap construction.
This piece is a MONOFILAMENT, which means that wherever you part the Lake Mono, she will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. Monofilaments are the ultimate in comfort and realistic appearance. To finish off this stunning construction, the Lake Mono has also been hand knotted at the hairline. This successfully creates an undetectable appearance. Beautiful!
The fringe measures 5" and can be worn swept to the side, or if you prefer you could visit the hairdressers for a trim. The choice is yours! The fringe, crown & top layers have been cleverly textured so that the overall movement of this wig is incredibly realistic.
The crown layers measure 5" and have a subtle lift that will stay wilth you all day, every day. The layers are soft and feathered throughout the back of this piece and create a truly natural silhouette that has a soft volume.
The nape measures 8" and has been thinned out which creates a finer density. This coupled with the longer layers adds a dramatic twist to this feminine look. A modern & fresh wig which has been construted with your comfort in mind.

 Top and Crown: |
The TOP & CROWN area of this wig has a sheer, HANDTIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. There is also a POLY STRIP strip section at the front of the wig, where you would normally locate your natural hairline. It is here where you can apply wig tape, or glue. Even without tape being applied, this section will prevent slipping. The edging of the front hairline has been exquisitely finished, with a fine UNDERKNOTTING feature. Strands of fibre have been individually knotted to create a truly realistic appearance. |

 Temple: |
Here is a beautifully constructed, OPEN WEFTED area. This design is perfect if you wear glasses, or sunglasses. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. |
 Body: |
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING STRIP. It is a soft, ribbon design that will sit comfortably at your necklilne. It has an OPEN WEFTED construction to allow for the air to breath. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

1. De-TangleLightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle! |

2. ShampooFill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. |

3. RinseRemove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out. |

4. ConditionComb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig:

5. DryComb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed. |

6. StyleWhen your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products. |
