The Claremont wig from Hairware's California collection is a striking piece with lots of modern flicks at the back. Trendy & gorgeous!
This piece is a MONOFILAMENT, which means that wherever you part the Claremont, she will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. Monofilaments are the ultimate in comfort and realistic appearance. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important consideration if you are purchasing a wig due to total hair loss.
The long fringe measures 6" and can be worn swept to the side. This then perfectly blends into the slightly ficked, side layers that get more flicked out as they graduate towards the back of the wig.
The crown measures 5" and has a subtle lift. This will stay with you all day and everyday. The flicks at the back are soft and gentle. If you prefer a more defined flick, simply use styling products to add more structure.
The overall look of the Claremont is modern and fresh. It is incredibly light to wear and easy to maintain. A pretty wig coupled with an exquisite cap construction. Gorgeous!

The TOP area of this wig is a HAND TIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important consideration if you are purchasing a wig due to total hair loss. There is an additional feature of a soft, material finishing strip surrounding the perimeter of the monofilament. This is purely for comfort! |

 Temple: |
Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. |
 Body: |
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING strip. It is a closed, soft material section which will sit softly against your neckline. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

1. De-TangleLightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle! |

2. ShampooFill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. |
 |
3. RinseRemove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out. |

4. ConditionComb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig:

5. DryComb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed. |

6. StyleWhen your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products. |
