What's It Like?

The Young Petite wig is from the very popular Gisela Mayer range. Gisela Mayer is renowned for quality, modern colours and stylish cuts.

The Young Petite is a beautifully, modern shape which you can see in all its glory, via the full 360 view. An on-trend cut with subtle volume at the crown, coupled with textured layers throughout. This pretty, ladies wig is light to wear and will feel comfortable all day long.

The fringe measures 10cm (4") and can either be styled to sit below the brow, or you can sweep slightly to the side should you prefer. The measurements of the crown are 12cm (4.5"). They are light and feathered and then perfectly blend into the gently textured back. The sweet nape is 4cm (1.5") so it sits snugly against your neck.

How's It Attached?

Top and Crown	The Top & Crown area has fine wefts allowing for the air to breathe, which has then been delicately covered with a sheer netting for structure & comfort. There is also a soft, finishing strip at the edge of the wig, so that it will sit comfortably against your skin. Gisela Mayer have additionally included a MONOFILAMENT section at the crown area. This cleverly creates the impression of a natural scalp.
Temple	Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, soft material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The temple area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body	To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape	The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, soft material section which will sit softly against your neckline. This wig is secured by VELCRO ADJUSTABLE straps. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.

Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

How To

Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide
	1. De-Tangle Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre. Be gentle!
	2. Shampoo Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
	3. Rinse Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
	4. Condition Comb through very lightly. There are two ways to condition your wig: Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally. Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally. (Please refer to the manufactures instructions for exact requirements)
	5. Dry Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
	6. Style When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.
