The Wendy wig from Amore is a Best Seller. A short & trendy wig with a stylish silhouette.
This piece is a MONOFILAMENT, which means that wherever you part the Wendy, she will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. Monofilaments are the ultimate in comfort and realistic appearance.
The angular fringe is long at 6.25", so it sits swept to the side. The long layers then perfectly blend into the subtle point that sits just in front of your ear. Razor cut and slightly feathered layers, adds a trendy twist to this short style.
There is volume at the crown, which then beautifully tapers down to the neck line. The layers will softly hug the back of your head, but not cling to it....this will create a natural looking appearance. The nape sits at 2.5", so it will allow for plenty of coverage if you are wearing the Wendy over your own hair.
The Wendy has a poly tape strip, which has beautifully been constructed into the front of the wig. If you wear this piece due to hairloss, this is where you can comfortably secure your wig tape for additional security.

 Top and Crown: |
The TOP area of this wig is a HAND TIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important benefit if you are wearing this wig due to hairloss. |

 Temple: |
Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section. |
 Body: |
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight. |
 Nape: |
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed COMFORT section. It is a closed, flower net material area which will sit softly against your neckline. This section is slightly flexible, so you can adjust it until it sits snugly against your skin. This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head. |

To measure the circumference of your head for your size, simply take your cloth tape measure and measure from your front hairline to just above the ears, to where your neck bends and back around to the front hairline.
- Average Size: Between 54cm to 57cm (21.25 to 22.5 inches).
- Large Size: Larger than 57cm (22.5 to 24 inches).
- Petite Size: Between 51cm and 54cm (20 to 21.25 inches).

I get one wig on the nhs which i don't like, but I buy two Wendy's a year and she is amazing. Comfortable, and looks so real. The difference I feel when I put my Wendy on is unbelievable. I wear behind my ears which I think makes it look more natural. I've got Creamy Blonde. Pale blonde which is just like my own colour. One comment about delivery...you have to sign for the parcel. Because I was out, I had to go and collect from my sorting office which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise, very happy with overall service. |

1. De-TangleLightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre ….be gentle! |

2. ShampooFill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. |

3. RinseRemove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out. |

4. ConditionComb through very lightly . There are two ways to condition your wig:

5. DryComb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed. |

6. StyleWhen your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products. |
