Orders
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £35.00. Orders will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. We are also able to offer special deliveries for urgent orders. Charges start at £6.95. Please call the office to check stock & postage costs.
Delivery for items less than £35.00 will be charged at £4.95.
International delivery starts from just £6.95. Please contact us on +44 1484 844557 or email us for further details. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
All orders inside the U.K. are sent Recorded Delivery Signed For. Outside the U.K. orders are sent Insured Recorded Airmail, please allow up to 10 days from posting arriving in the country of destination, but may take a few days longer to reach you due to the unpredictability of International Mail and Customs.
Items temporarily out of stock will be put on back order and you will be notified immediately, by email or telephone. You then have the choice to wait for your order, choose a different colour/style or cancel the order.
All orders will be sent in plain packaging and will be needed to be signed for.
