Simply Wigs aim to keep you informed concerning your order status at all times. If you have any queries with regard to your order, please call us on 01484 844557 or email us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or credit your account as long as the following conditions are met:
- The order is cancelled within 7 days of signing for the goods. Under NO circumstances will a refund be issued, unless this condition is met.
- The wig or hairpiece is unused, tickets still intact, not brushed, cut or had any contact with food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette odours.
Simply Wigs provides a free delivery service on all wig purchases. If a wig is returned and not purchased, a £4.95 postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
Prior to any return, you MUST contact us. A refund authorization number will be issued by a member of the Simply Wigs team. This MUST be obtained before any item can be returned. PRINT OFF OUR RETURNS FORM AND COMPLETE. THIS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT(S).
All products should be returned to Simply Wigs in an unused and resalable condition - complete with correct packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Simply Wigs cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.
Accessories are non-returnable.
