What's It Like?

Description

The Goddess wig from Raquel Welch is a gorgeous shoulder length, layered wig with soft, feminine layers that fall to mid-back.

Size and Fit

The fringe which measures 16cm, will sweep naturally to the side and integrate perfectly into the side layers. The crown layers measuring 24cm, are full of texture and are a flattering length that is feminine and modern.The layers are fantastic for creating a natural movement and sway. She is subtle style which has a fuss free appeal.

The cap is an Average size, providing a comfortable fit with approximately an inch of flexibility at the nape. You have the convenience of adjusting the cap's circumference by tightening or loosening the adjusters located at the nape. This feature allows you to tailor the wig's fit to your preference, ensuring it sits snugly and securely or offers a bit more room if desired.

Material and Construction

The Goddess wig is created from TRU2LIFE fibre, which is a heat-friendly synthetic fibre. This is the perfect solution if you want to personalise and tweak the style slightly so that it is just exactly how you want it. Heat Friendly wigs look and feel like human hair. The recommended maximum temperature for this fibre is 180°c. Any higher than this and the hair could be permanently damaged.

The cap construction of the Goddess is wefted. Wefted caps are comfortable as the strips provide ventilation and circulation, which will add to your comfort level if you are wearing this style all day, every day.

The crown section is a monofilament design, which cleverly creates the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. This also allows you to choose where you part your style! The ready-to-wear, 'Sheer Indulgence' lace front is ready to wear. You can simply wear the wig, aligning the front of the lace front with your own hairline and style on or off the face, as required. It is up to you if you decide to wear the fringe down onto your forehead, or completely away from your face for a more uplifting look.

The ear tabs and nape are made up of a soft velvet fabric which will sit comfortably against your scalp.

Top and Crown

The TOP area of this wig has been fully HAND TIED so that the appearance is as natural as possible. It is a sheer MONOFILAMENT piece, which means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. There is an additional feature of a FULL LACE FRONT. This is the ultimate for a natural hairline, creating an undetectable finish.

Temple

Here is a beautifully constructed area that will sit gently against your temple. The soft fabric will not irritate your skin, if you are wearing this wig due to hairloss.

Body

To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.

Nape

The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING strip. This will sit comfortably and softly against your neckline.

This wig is secured by VELCRO ADJUSTABLE tabs. There is up to half an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.
