Please can you advise the with of this tape.
The width of the tape measures 1" (2.6cm).
Does the wig tape secure the wig/cap to your head itself or is it just to stick the wig to the cap?
Hi, The tape is designed to be stuck to the wig and then it is stuck to your scalp. If you desired, you could stick it to the wig cap but this may result in it being insecure and may move around.
Is wig tape only for use all over bald heads to secure the wig, or is it meant to be used on the forehead of those who have thin & scrappy hair? And what type of wigs does it secure. I have quite a few wigs now, & to be honest, don't know what type of cap they are. I put one of those nets over my scrappy hair & try to secure it with clips & then put the wig on top. But if the tape will stick my wigs to my bald head more securely, I really would consider shaving my head & using the tape.

Is this tape available in a narrower width?
Sadly not, it is only available in one width. We do sell strips of tape which are narrower and may be suitable.
