I just wanted to thank you for guiding me through finding my lovely Tova wig, arranging the VAT refund, and sending out an updated invoice.

I was initially a little disappointed that the wigs I'd chosen were out of stock in the colour I wanted (I've lost my hair through chemo). Your team were able though to find a replacement that I love, and am constantly complimented on.

As a result, even though they don't need one, a couple of friends are considering getting wigs for ‘bad hair days’ or just to ring the changes!

Your packaging is great, the surprise chocolate was a lovely touch, and your sales team managed me and my emotions which, I am afraid, were a bit raw back then!- very well.
Thank you - I will be recommending you to others.

'Thank you Jenny for your lovely comments. We will strive to keep our customers informed at all times after they place an order. Normally, if a wig is out of stock, we will get new stock in the following week from our suppliers. But, like you said, we found you a replacement piece that you are very happy with. . . Hooray' ☺
