Simply Wigs was started by myself and my husband, from our kitchen table. We started due to personal reasons, as we were struggling to find a company that genuinely cared and was passionate about helping people who had hairloss.
What could be more important than providing safe, kind & expert advice to individuals who were losing their hair?

With our unquenchable enthusiasm to strive for excellence, coupled with the fabulous support from our amazing suppliers, we are now the experts and are able to pass on our knowledge, passion and expertise, to our ever-growing hairloss community.
Helping others
I still remember our first customer that I spoke to on the phone. Our daughters were in the front room with grandma, as they were just toddlers. And here I was . . . helping a lady with questions about her first wig! It was a lovely lady from Ireland and she decided to purchase a Reese in Creamy Blonde. Stuart & I were so giddy that we called all of our family & friends to celebrate!
We still get all of that giddiness today, when we hear our SW Team, helping customers on the phone.

We are so incredibly proud of Simply Wigs. We are now grown up and have moved from our kitchen table to large premises!
We are so incredibly proud of our staff too. They are the beating heart of Simply Wigs. We now have fifteen staff and every one of them is dedicated to helping our community with either knowledge, advice, or just being there to listen.

Every day that we come to work, we still strive and we are still dedicated to providing this service. We’re excited to simplify the process of buying a wig online through our easy to use the website, education and the nod of approval from our ever-growing community. We are also super proud of our fabulous shop, here in Slaithwaite. If you ever get a chance to visit us, we would love to see you. Come and spend some time with our lovely staff and take some time out to try on some different styles and colours.
Striding Forward
We have recently celebrated another milestone for Simply Wigs, in that we have now completed our first company video! We are absolutely over the moon that some of our lovely customers and fabulous suppliers took time out to come and have some fun with us here in Slaithwaite. We had a brilliant day producing the video, as it was like we were surrounded by friends and family. I hope that you are able to take a sec and have a look. It was a fabulous day and I am delighted to share with you, who Simply Wigs are.
It was lovely to see the company in action. I cannot say enough to praise you all, everyone I have been in contact with are always super helpful and always ready to go above and beyond to help. I have alopecia and have been using SW for a long time now and would not go anywhere else, thank you so much all at Simply Wigs.

Thank you for this small insight into the best wig company ever. Unfortunately I live too far from you to visit which is a shame as I would love to . It would be so much easier to try a different style but I am forever grateful I found you. Cannot say enough positives about you, just such an amazing company and you have changed my life. Lovely video, I’m happy I was able to see the lovely people working in Simply Wigs and also the shop is gorgeous. I do my shopping online cause I’m outside UK, I’ve never seen the shop before. My actions speak louder than my words, I’ve purchased 12 wigs since 2019.
