When the wigs arrive, they are boxed up beautifully with a little chocolate inside the box too. If you need to return, again the process is simple with swift refunds / exchanges issued. But, the MOST special thing about Simply Wigs is the fabulous customer service! It is second to none, and honestly some of the most friendly and professional team I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. You ladies rock ! On my wigs journey over this past year , I have purchased many different styles. Not all have been a successful match for me but as previously mentioned, the no quibble return process gives me confidence to keep buying and I now actually have a nice collection which I intend to add to very soon.
