The postman hands me a parcel. It is a very unobtrusive parcel,
no labels about who it is from, just my name and address . . .
It’s the excitement of a package.
I thought it might be informative to produce a video,
showing what I personally do when I ‘unbox my wig’.
‘The postman has delivered and I am about to open the box’.
Hopefully you will find some pointers in this video, which may help you on your wig journey.

Anna and Elke – glad you like it, I love this wig! It’s called ‘Catwalk Deluxe’ by Gisela Meyer and the colour is ‘Caramel Candy Root’. It’s not cheap but the construction is excellent – it’s fully handtied, mono top and lace front, and best of all the lace front extends down in front of the ears for a really natural look x

Have to say, I really love the wig you were wearing at the start of the video, could you perhaps let me know, if this is also available at Simply Wigs and if yes, of course, which one it is :-). Thanks a lot, you look lovely with both wigs.

What a great video for new wig wearers, I so wish I’d seen something like this when I got my first wig. Like most I took it out of the box, shook it and put it on. I’m ashamed to say there were many tears at the beginning because they just didn’t look as they had on the site photo. I now tittivate (sp?) until I’m comfortable with them. A huge thumbs up to you Lizzie, I can see many more videos you’re a natural 🙂 x
