My experience with Simply Wigs has been truly wonderful! It was very emotional for me to make an appointment as I had recently been diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. Sue made me feel so at ease from when I spoke to her on the phone to when I visited. Everything was Covid-safe which was great to see. Sue was amazing and helped me to try on 4 wigs which I chose from the website and 1 of them was just PERFECT! I was thrilled to bits and I felt so much better knowing I had a beautiful, natural looking wig ready. Thank you so much to Sue. I will definitely know where to come when I may need another wig in the future.

I cannot put into words how fantastic this place is. It can be a daunting experience trying to find the right wig. But the staff (especially Sue) were wonderful. You’ll get a warm welcome and will be made to feel at ease immediately. There are so many styles and colours to choose from. Prices to suit all. A visit to this little ‘gem’ is a must!!

Went for a consultation after hair loss due to illness, they were absolutely fantastic and made me feel really at ease, Sue my consultant talked me through options and really steered me towards the right wig for me, I,m so happy with it and would definitely recommend this company!

The staff and service at Simply Wigs are brilliant – we are so glad we found them. Apart from being really knowledgeable, they are caring and compassionate and welcoming. There is no attempt to ‘sell’ you anything, they just guide and advise you so that you can make the right the choices for yourself.

Simply Wigs Simply Wonderful. I was quite apprehensive initially but was made completely at ease by Sue who was totally professional, friendly and empathetic. Sue guided me through the choices, was extremely patient, answered all my queries and told me to call if needed any advice. Couldn’t believe the first wig I tried looked super, knocked off 10+ years off me. I bought two wigs there and then, Sue even cut the fringe for me. Thanks Sue for an amazing experience.

I have purchased many wigs from Simply Wigs online, but whilst on holiday I travelled quite a distance to visit the Simply Wigs shop. It was a real treat to try wigs on in person and Sue was so friendly and helpful. I was able to try colours that I hadn’t considered before and was pleased to find that one really suited me. Their service has always been excellent and they have the best website for wigs in the UK. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife has visited the shop twice now and on each occasion, the lady was very very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We will be visiting again.

Such lovely welcoming ladies at the shop and so helpful. First time I have been out without having to spray loads of dark coloured powder into my hair to disguise thinning And it’s not mega expensive either! Thank you so much for your help and advice – highly recommended!
