Upon arrival at Simply Wigs, you’ll receive a warm Yorkshire welcome right at the door. Our team of friendly experts are equipped with a comprehensive knowledge of all our products, ready to talk through any questions that you may have.
As you try on your preferred styles, you can relax knowing you’re in capable hands. Our staff have undergone training in wig cutting by the esteemed ‘Trevor Sorbie‘ and are part of the supportive ‘My New Hair’ network, ensuring that we are here for you, every step of the way.

Do you currently wear an average?
In the shop, we have around 50-60-wigs on display; these are all synthetic and majority of them are an average size. There is a range of short, mid, and long lengths in a variety of colours.
Alternatively, if you do want to see something more specific to you, for example a petite or large size, certain styles, or colours, then you do have the option to choose up to 4 styles from the website, in the colour you want to see.
We would then order these in to be here for your appointment.

Hi I have Alopecia Totalise no eye lashes eye brows no body hair I have been like this since I was 30 years old I’m now coming up to my 75th birthday I have had the same or similar styles all this time and I’m so fed up I love the bob style with a fringe but not massive volume ,I have had to pay for my wigs from first losing my hair so it would be helpful if you could give me some idea of costing I live in Rotherham South Yorkshire but would be willing to come and see you kind regards Lynne .

Hi, would I be able to send you a photo of me and with your experience choose a few wigs that may suit. I am male by gender but occasionally feel the need to express my feminine side. I have a wig but it doesn’t suit me. I was dark brown before I became grey dark. And I’ve been told by a girlfriend I should consider shoulder length with a bang.

I havnt worn a wig before but being in my 60s my hair has no volume so I am looking for enhancement rather than full coverage I would like to blend with my own hair. And it be real hair to enable me to use styling tools on it. I really like the 12 in palm springs it looks a perfect colour match for my hair. Do you do any cutting or styling of the wig if I came to your shop?

Watched your video wish I lived nearer as would definitely get a wig from you, I have frontal fibrosing alopecia which has made me very depressed, I really admire what you do as it’s so needed for women who are suffering 🙂 I do get my tape from you regularly and love the chocolate treat which comes with it!
Hi Susan, yes we do offer human hair wigs. They are a great option as can be styled with heat like you usually would your own bio hair, and have a lovely natural movement and swish! You can browse our collection of human hair wigs HERE. Thanks 🙂

My hair never grew back properly after chemo. I’m having extentions but it’s not amazing tbh. I still don’t feel like me.

I so wish I lived near, to be able to visit the shop instead of buying online would be amazing. However I am way down south and am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service over the years I have been buying wigs. Huge thank you.
