Wig sizes – How do they differ between brands?

Wig sizes – How do they differ between brands?

Finding the right size for your wig is essential for a comfortable fit. Having a wig too big can cause it to slide and move around your head, whilst having a wig too small, can make it feel tight and even give you headaches if worn for a long period of time. Measuring your head and finding the perfect cap size should be one of the first things on your checklist. When you’ve found out what size you are, then the exciting stuff begins!

  1. I have a 23.5 in head. Are there any large caps that will stretch enough to fit my head?

  2. I love the Jon Renau Ignite wig however the basic cap was too small and the large was too big. Any chance there is an in-between size? If not, is there another brand similar to Ignite that I might try?
    Thank you!

  3. I wear a Racquel Welch Winner wig in Glazed sand.
I have been wearing the same style/colour etc for several years but recently it seem to be a larger fit. Have there been any other comments to this effect?
I wear the wig all the time as I have very little hair at all.
I find that it is really too long down the back of my head even though I adjust the elastic strips.
I have always had a very short cropped haircut, even when I had my own hair, almost like a boy .

Could you suggest a similar style and colour but a smaller, neater fit?
