Your personal guide to mindfulness
Headspace is an amazing app that offers hundreds of guided meditations for stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, relationships and much more. It first launched in 2010 and now has millions of users in over 190 countries.
To help support the global community through this time, Headspace have curated a collection of free mindfulness guides and meditations to help you through it all. The content is called ‘Weathering the Storm’.
This collection is available for everyone, whether you are a member or not and includes the below…
Mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works. While the research on mindfulness, especially digital mindfulness programs, is still growing, there is evidence to support the use of mindfulness training for many outcomes.
How do I download?
If you haven’t already, all you need to do is download the ‘Headspace’ app onto your phone (available on the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch with IOS 11+, Android phones or tablets 5+ OR desktops with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari).
Once it’s downloaded, you need to create an account. You can create one by just entering your first name, last name and email address with a password or you can sign up through Facebook, Spotify or Apple.
When you have signed up, you will be able to explore this amazing app that has hundreds of meditations, animations, articles and even videos to help you through the toughest of times. To access the free, ‘Weathering the Storm’ meditations and guides, all you need to do is go to the ‘explore’ page and click on the icon.

We know that what is going on right now is a challenge, so we want to support our customers as best as we can. Adjusting to what is going on around us can be stressful, fill us with anxiety and it’s easy to get caught up in all the panic.

Meditation is a simple practice available to all. If you are isolated, working from home or just need to reduce stress in this moment of time, spare a few minutes a day to take a breath and relax. There are so many fabulous meditation apps out there for you to try and we think that what Headspace are doing for their community is amazing.
