MY HERO NOMINATION: Matei
“He is my son and he is 5 years old. He and his father helped me to shave my head and he acted like such a grown up. He understands the situation and the fact that mummy is having to have medical treatment. He did not make our situation worse with questions, crying etc. He is very brave and he continues to be one of the best in his class, bringing home awards and certificates. ”
I would like to nominate my gorgeous son Matei, as he is always in my heart.

Thank you very much for your nice words. I am over the moon because I had the check up yesterday and I am in total remission at the moment. Matei is brilliant and looking forward to have a nice Christmas holiday.
Wish you all the best and have lovely holidays.
Rodica xx
Hi Rodica, Your story brought a smile to my face, Matei is a beautiful boy, and an inspiration to us all. Loved seeing his happy face during his ‘shopping experience.’ which was well deserved. May you all continue to gain strength from each other during this difficult time. Have a lovely Christmas and I wish your family all the best for 2018 and beyond.
Well Done Matei, what a lovely little boy with a very kind heart, we loved seeing the pictures from your shopping trip 🙂
Hello Rodica I’m so glad you’ve had your treatment and hopefully on the mend now. It will be a happy day when you see your family again and I hope it is soon? You are a very brave lady and I prey for your continued health. God bless you and your family xx

Hi Rodica I would just like to say what a grand job you and his father did to bring him up. You have helped him be the very smart little man he is today. I do hope your surgery goes well and there is a happy outcome? You are also a very special mum and you all should be proud of how you are today. Good luck my friend. X
