“I would like to nominate my mum Sheila, as she has been everyone’s rock since my dad’s passing. Even though she is still grieving over the loss of her husband, she puts aside her grief to also look after her eldest daughter who is dying of cancer. ”

“ It has been a really difficult time, as she is also helping my cousin, whose mum has just died, aswell as coping with the grief from my other cousin dying, just a week after my dad. Throughout this very hard time, my mum is always there to console others before herself. She’s an absolute star, yet not having a moment to grieve for herself. ”

“She’s 79 my mum, and I would love for her to receive something special as she always puts others before herself. xx”
