We are incredibly proud of our Simply Wigs team. We’re Northern, compassionate, hardworking and kind and we know an awful lot about wigs!
Our team spend their days helping customers with all sorts of questions. From finding the right cap size and colour, to understanding lace fronts, monofilaments and which wig might feel most comfortable. Some questions take two minutes. Others take a little longer. No question is wrong, so come and talk to us. We don't expect you to arrive knowing anything about wigs. That's our job.

Simply Wigs was founded by Emma and Stuart in November 2007, following their own family’s experience of hair loss.
That experience stayed with them. They began to feel that people going through hair loss deserved better. More kindness, more knowledge, more honesty and, above all, to be treated as a person rather than just another customer. So, they decided to try and change things.

From the very beginning, Simply Wigs was built around one simple idea: to do things properly and where needed, make every customer feel supported, understood and a little more confident in themselves. Nearly 20 years later, that mission has never changed.
