DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UK

Standard Delivery

It usually takes between 2- 5 days to fulfil your order. This will then leave our warehouses and will be sent on its way to you by your chosen delivery option. If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the standard £5.95 option, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail first class. You should receive this within a week of placing your order (if not before), but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. The lovely postie people are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card if you are not available to receive the package. You then have the option of collecting from your local sorting office.

Simply Saver Delivery

If your delivery address is within the UK and you have selected the saver option of £1.95, this will be sent to you by Royal Mail second class, so you should receive this within two weeks of placing your order (if not well before) but this is not a guaranteed delivery service. Please be aware that this is a ‘signed for’ service though, so you will have to sign, before the postie will let you have your fabulous order. The lovely postie people are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card if you are not available to sign for the package. You then have the option of collecting from your local sorting office.

Simply Loyal Delivery (Free)

You know who you are & you know we think you are fabulous! Simply Loyal customers are regular customers who order from ourselves, are delighted with their purchases, love our service & are elated to be part of the Simply Wigs Community. We should have already sent you a unique discount code which will enable you to receive a free of charge, First Class Royal Mail service. Your future orders will wing their way to you, surrounded by butterflies and sparkling fairy dust (slight exaggeration for the latter part). There is a tiny, itsy bitsy chance that we may have missed sending you your discount code. Perhaps you have recently changed e-mail address, or moved house. If you think that you should be included in the Simply Loyal community then simply contact us and we will speedily check your records & let you know. Enjoy the fairy dust!

DELIVERY TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

We send our fabulous customers from within Europe, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £11.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between three and fourteen working days, from the date of despatch. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.

For high-value orders, these may be required to be sent via UPS courier. Our helpful Customer Services team will contact you to directly upgrade your shipping method and provide you with the tracking number.

Any orders outside of the UK may be subject to tax and import duties. These will be charged when the delivery reaches you, and you will be responsible for the payment.

Orders from European countries are non-returnable.

DELIVERY TO AMERICA & THE REST OF THE WORLD

We send our fabulous customers from America & Rest of the World, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £14.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between five and fourteen working days. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.

Any items valued at over £400 will be sent UPS tracked. This service starts from £19.95 and we will contact you directly to upgrade your shipping method and provide you with the tracking number.

Please check if there are any custom charges to be paid for your country of destination. It is your responsibility to pay any custom costs incurred.

Urgent Orders

We are able to send out urgent deliveries, but it depends if the item is in our branch to send out immediately. Because of this, we do not offer an Urgent Delivery option through the website. If though you are in desperate need of a product, please call our offices. On 01484 844557. We will put our skates on, whizz into the warehouses & see if we can get your order to you quickly. Postage for urgent orders is £10.95. As we have to do extra work in organising urgent deliveries, if you do return there will be a 5% handling charge. This is to cover the costs of our rollerskates.

How Do You Package My Fabulous Purchases?

Depending upon the size of your purchase, your order will either be sent in plain box packaging, or a plain jiffy bag. There will be no mention of the company that you have purchased from (The very, lovely Simply Wigs). We understand that some of our customers would prefer a discreet service and because of this we keep our name a secret. As we send our parcels tracked, we do though have to have a return address label. This will be a plain address label with no mention of the Simply Wigs name. We have initialised our name to SWL.
