Delivery, Despatch and Shipping
At Simply Wigs, we understand that receiving your order quickly, safely and discreetly is important. Whether you're purchasing your first wig or are one of our many returning customers, we aim to make every stage of the ordering process as straightforward as possible.
We work closely with leading wig manufacturers and trusted UK distributors to offer one of the UK's widest selections of wigs, hairpieces and aftercare products.
Your Order Journey
- Order received and checked by our Customer Services team.
- Where required, products are sourced from our trusted manufacturers or authorised UK distributors.
- Every item is quality checked before despatch.
- Your order is carefully packed in discreet packaging.
- A despatch confirmation email will be sent together with your Royal Mail tracking number, where applicable, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Product Availability & Lead Times
To offer one of the UK's widest selections, many products are sourced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. We also keep a selection of popular wigs and many aftercare products in stock for immediate despatch.
If a supplier is temporarily out of stock, your order may be placed on back order. Back order times vary depending on product availability. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

Part Deliveries
If your order contains more than one item and one or more products are temporarily unavailable, we may be able to despatch the available items first.
- We will contact you before despatch to explain the situation.
- You can choose whether to receive a part delivery or wait until your complete order is ready.
- Outstanding items will be despatched as soon as they become available.
- There is no additional delivery charge for a part delivery.
Despatch Times
Orders held in our warehouse are normally despatched within one working day. Orders requiring supplier stock are despatched as soon as they arrive, have completed our quality checks and are packed.
UK Delivery
Tracked 24 – £6.95
- Estimated delivery after despatch: 1–2 working days.
- If the order is over £200, it will be a signed-for service.
- A despatch confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
- You will receive an email from Sendcloud containing your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress online.
Tracked 48 – £2.95
- Estimated delivery after despatch: 2–4 working days.
- If the order is over £200, it will be a signed-for service.
- A despatch confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
- You will receive an email from our shipping partner Sendcloud containing your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress online.
Simply Loyal Delivery – FREE
Available to eligible Simply Loyal customers.
Express Delivery – £11.95
If your chosen item is in stock and available for immediate despatch, we may be able to arrange an express delivery service. If you require your order urgently:
- Please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order.
- We will check whether your item is in stock and eligible for express delivery.
- This is a next-day, signed-for service once the package leaves the Simply Wigs warehouse.
- If available, we will contact you to arrange payment. Express delivery costs £11.95.
- Once payment has been received, your order will be prioritised for despatch using our express delivery service.
International Delivery
Europe – £11.95 delivery charge
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
- Estimated delivery: 3–14 working days after despatch.
- Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
United States – £14.95 delivery charge
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs or customs charges that must be paid before despatch.
- Orders will be placed on hold while charges are calculated.
- We will contact you and issue an invoice.
- Once payment is received, your order will be despatched.
- If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Canada & Rest of World – £14.95 delivery charge
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
- Estimated delivery: 3–14 working days after despatch.
International Returns
Due to extended international transit times, we are unable to accept returns from customers outside the United Kingdom. International orders are therefore non-returnable. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, supplied in error or where applicable law requires a remedy.
Delayed Despatch on Request
- If you are going to be away from home, going on holiday or would simply prefer to receive your order at a later date, we may be able to delay despatch for you.
- We will hold your order until your requested despatch date.
- Your order will then be carefully packed and despatched using your chosen delivery service.
- There is no additional charge for this service.
- Please let us know your preferred despatch date as soon as possible after placing your order.
Missing Parcels
- Once your order has been despatched from Simply Wigs, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with other members of your household, neighbours, any safe places around your property and your local Royal Mail delivery office.
- If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, raise an investigation with Royal Mail.
- Royal Mail investigations can take time to complete. We will keep you updated and will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
- Please note that we may need to wait for Royal Mail to complete its investigation before we can confirm the next steps, including any replacement or refund.
Delivery Restrictions
- Orders containing more than four bottles of wig care products can only be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class.
- We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address. If a P.O. Box is provided, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address before your order can be despatched.
- Available delivery options are automatically shown during checkout.
- Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to courier, customs or manufacturer restrictions.
- We may upgrade your delivery service at no additional cost where a more appropriate service is required.
Discreet Packaging
All parcels are despatched in plain outer packaging. Our return address uses the initials ‘SWL’ to help protect your privacy.
