We are a family-run business that strongly believes that our industry should serve its customers with integrity, sincerity & kindness. Our aim in starting Simply Wigs was to create a wig company that had knowledge, and passion and was genuinely able to make a positive difference to people who wore wigs. Every day that we come to work, we still strive and we are still dedicated in providing this service to our customers. We're excited to simplify the process of buying a wig online through an easy to use website, education and the nod of confidence from our ever-growing community.
The beginning...
Simply Wigs was founded by Emma and Stuart in November 2007. They started due to personal circumstances and from the very outset, they wanted to do it right. Everything within the company, down to the finer details was geared up to making the customer feel better about themselves. This mission still stands today.
Growing...
Working from the kitchen table, the orders gradually increased and the days got busier & busier. Never, ever though was the individual, personal connection with each customer compromised. To cope with the increase in orders, the Simply Wigs family began to grow. And grow. It was time to move away from the kitchen table and become grown-ups, with proper premises.
