Should you not be delighted with your purchase, then we are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. You must obtain a Return Number from our offices, prior to returning, or your package will be refused. (Wig care accessories, eyebrows and International orders are non-returnable).

You have fourteen days from receiving the goods to inform us you are returning. You then have a maximum of fourteen days to get the goods back to us. You are responsible for postage. Remember that all returned goods must be in the original packaging, labels intact and in pristine condition.

We reserve the right to reject any products that do not adhere to this policy. If all guidelines are adhered to, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back at SW.

Please check all goods when you receive. You have 48 hours to inform SW, of any damage, or shortages concerning the delivery.
