We will talk you through everything you need to know and discuss your preferences, including what style of wig you’re looking for and how often you intend to wear your wig.
Finding a new wig can be challenging and emotional, particularly if you've never worn wigs before. At Simply Wigs, we know that every wig wearer's journey is different, with some people turning to wigs to try out new colours and styles and others who may wish to disguise hair loss. We welcome men and women of all ages into our shop. Hair loss can affect anyone, and we endeavour to create a friendly and supportive space where you can feel at ease.
What Happens In A Wig Consultation?
The first thing we'll do when you come into our salon is get to know you. There is no rushing in our wig consultations; we value each and every customer. The more comfortable our customers are, the easier it will be to find that perfect wig.
For this reason, we schedule an hour for each appointment; we want every customer to be able to spend time finding something they truly love!
If You're New to Wig-wearing
We'll talk you through everything you need to know and discuss your preferences, including what style of wig you're looking for and how often you intend to wear your wig. You can ask us any questions you might have about choosing your wig and caring for it to ensure it lasts a long time.
Once we have an idea of what you're looking for, we will bring out some sample wigs for you to try on so you can get a good idea of how the different styles suit you.
You can then order any of the styles you have seen or browse our website to choose from our full collection.
If You Know What You'd Like to Try
If you've worn wigs before or have been doing your own research, you might already have a good idea of what styles you'd like to try on. In this case, we recommend that you choose up to four wigs from our website prior to your appointment; we can order them in for you and you can try them on to see which ones you like.
