Storing your wig properly is important to maintaining its shape and quality.

• Ideally, you should store your wig in the original packaging. Simply comb through the wig to remove any tangles or knots, then fold it flat and place it back into the box. Store in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight to prevent any damage to the wig fibres.
• Alternatively, if you have lots of space, you could put on wig stands and have them on display. There are various types of wig stands available, including ones that resemble a head shape or simple upright stands.

We are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. You must obtain a Return Number from our offices, prior to returning. (Wig care accessories, Special Orders, Eyebrows and International orders are non-returnable).

Send your parcel back to us via a recordered delivery service. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.You have fourteen days from receiving the goods to inform us you are returning.

You then have a maximum of fourteen days to get the goods back to us. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, labels intact and in pristine condition. We reserve the right to reject any products that do not adhere to this policy. If all guidelines are adhered to, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back at SW.

Yes, you can. You have two options. You can either braid your hair and then wrap the braids around and towards your crown. Or you can tie your long hair into a ponytail and then clip it towards your forehead. Finally, secure your hair by wearing a wig cap.

No. The most important factor for you to consider is how comfortable you feel when you are wearing your wig. If you have hair, you can always clip and pop on a wig cap. The wig cap will keep your hair secure under your wig. If you have been told you are to lose your hair, shaving your head is a very personal decision, but don't feel any pressure to do so until you are ready.
