Our Simply Wigs shop is based in a fabulous village called Slaithwaite, which is just on the outskirts of Huddersfield.
Slaithwaite is a vibrant village in the Pennine foothills, known as 'Slawit' by us locals. Slaithwaite was named as best place to live in the North and North East by the Sunday Times, and we are incredibly proud to have our shop here. If you find your wig or hairpiece cheaper with another company, then please do submit a Price Match application, and we will match the price to ensure that you are getting the best deal. Simply go to the product and enter the required details. We will then send you a discount code to enter at checkout. - Price Match applies to branded hairpiece/wigs for sale on any UK online retailer stores only excluding auction sites)- The product must be identical, new & from a reputable supplier

We are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. You must obtain a Return Number from our offices, prior to returning. (Wig care accessories, Special Orders, Eyebrows and International orders are non-returnable).
Send your parcel back to us via a recordered delivery service. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.You have fourteen days from receiving the goods to inform us you are returning.
You then have a maximum of fourteen days to get the goods back to us. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, labels intact and in pristine condition. We reserve the right to reject any products that do not adhere to this policy. If all guidelines are adhered to, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back at SW.
Please note: All international orders are non-returnable. Clearance items are non-returnable.

No. The most important factor for you to consider is how comfortable you feel when you are wearing your wig. If you have hair, you can always clip and pop on a wig cap. The wig cap will keep your hair secure under your wig. If you have been told you are to lose your hair, shaving your head is a very personal decision, but don't feel any pressure to do so until you are ready.
