We recommend that you wash your wig/enhancer every seven to 10 wears. So if you are wearing it every day, aim to wash it once a week.  However, if you lead a more active lifestyle or live in a humid climate, you may need to wash it more frequently.

The type of hair your wig or enhancer is made from also influences how often you should wash it. Synthetic hair typically requires less frequent washing than human hair, as it doesn't absorb oils or odours as readily.

Ultimately, the decision between a hair enhancer and a wig depends on your individual needs, lifestyle, and personal preferences. It is dependent upon how severe your hair loss is. 

If it is partial hair loss then an enhancer will be suitable. If your hair loss is advanced and an enhancer will not provide enough coverage, then a wig will be a more appropriate solution.

We are happy to provide a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. You must obtain a Return Number from our offices, prior to returning. (Wig care accessories, Special Orders, Eyebrows and International orders are non-returnable).

Send your parcel back to us via a recordered delivery service. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.You have fourteen days from receiving the goods to inform us you are returning.

You then have a maximum of fourteen days to get the goods back to us. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, labels intact and in pristine condition. We reserve the right to reject any products that do not adhere to this policy. If all guidelines are adhered to, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back at SW.

The wig cap will keep your hair secure under your wig.
